  • In 1983, he started his career as a chef and worked as the head chef at restaurants and hotels in Sapporo.
  • In 2006, he joined a major hotel in Sapporo. He served as the Banquet Manager and the Continental Chef.
  • In 2018, he became the Executive Chef of a major hotel.
  • In 2021, he became the Executive Chef of Hotel Niseko Alpen.

Mr. Shigeyoshi Nakai, the Executive Chef, has been learning and pursuing the delicious ingredients from Hokkaido.
